Delivery:

KnobiVital Naturheilmittel GmbH will deliver your order directly to your home using the DHL parcel service.

We will be happy to send your order to any address you wish. The invoice will be sent directly to you. There is no minimum order, but we do charge the applicable shipping charges for orders (these depend on the product ordered).
We will optimise the packaging for your order and attempt to keep the charges as low as possible.
Shipping costs for Germany: 4.80 €
Shipping costs for Austria: 6.90 €
Shipping costs for France: 6.90 €

For orders of 99.60 Euro and over, we will pay all postage and shipping costs within Germany.
For orders of 149.40 Euro and over, we will pay all postage and shipping costs within Austria.
For orders of 149.40 Euro and over, we will pay all postage and shipping costs within France.
For orders of 199.20 Euro and over, we will pay all postage and shipping costs within Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

It is easy to order online at www.knobivital.de or by phone on +49 7528 920 94 10 or fax +49 7528 920 94 12. If you have one, please always give your customer number when placing an order.

Validity and prices:

The prices given are in Euro and include statutory VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices.

Data protection:

All data saved by us in connection with your address will be treated as strictly confidential and as a matter of principle will not be passed on to other companies. Your address will be entered into our own in-house company customer base and you will then, from time to time, receive updated information on our range of products.

Right of withdrawal:

You may withdraw from our agreement within 14 days, without giving any reasons, in text form (e. g. by letter, fax or email) or - if you have received the goods before the period of notice has expired - by returning the goods with sufficient postage paid. The period of notice will begin with the date of the notification of withdrawal in text form. To comply with the terms of the period of notice, the timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods will suffice. Notice of withdrawal is to be sent to:

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the case of an effective withdrawal, goods or payments received on both sides are to be returned and any further benefits (e.g. interest) paid back. If you are unable to return the goods received to us, or can only return them in a partial or deteriorated condition, you may have to pay us compensation for loss of value to the extent of the missing goods or deterioration of the goods. This does not apply to the conveyance of goods if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to testing them, as it might have been possible in an ordinary shop. You can also avoid any obligation to compensate for loss of value for any deterioration caused through using the goods for their intended purpose by not using the goods as if they were your property and avoiding any action that would lessen their value. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our expense and risk. We will collect from you goods that cannot be sent by parcel post. Obligations to refund any payments must be met within 30 days. This period will begin for you with the dispatch of your declaration of withdrawal or the returned goods, for us when we receive the declaration of withdrawal or the returned goods.

Payment:

Payment shall be on invoice or in advance.

These terms and conditions and anything in this site shall be governed by German law and all matters in connection with them
shall be determined by the German Courts.
